Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Processing times may be slightly longer during new collection launches, sales, holidays or other high-volume periods.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Within Canada

Available shipping options are determined by the weight and size of your order.

Free Untracked Lettermail

Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

Free untracked lettermail is available for qualifying lightweight orders, including certain sticker, card and bookmark orders.

Untracked lettermail does not include tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance. Once the order has been mailed, its location cannot be monitored.

Customers who would prefer tracking should select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

Economy Tracked Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days

This option includes tracking and is available for qualifying lightweight orders.

Fast Tracked Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

This option includes tracking. The service used may vary depending on the package size, weight and destination.

Delivery estimates begin after the shipment has been received by the carrier. Remote destinations may require additional transit time.

Free Tracked Shipping

Canadian orders over $60 CAD qualify for free tracked shipping.

Shipping to the United States

Prices displayed for U.S. customers are in USD where supported by the storefront.

U.S. shipments are sent through Chit Chats using Delivered Duty Paid shipping, also known as DDP. This means applicable duties, tariffs and customs-processing charges are paid by Moonie & Nova Co. when the shipping label is purchased.

Available services and estimated delivery times may include:

• Economy shipping: approximately 4–12 business days

• Tracked or expedited shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

Orders over $70 USD qualify for free tracked shipping.

Delivery times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and remote destinations.

International Orders Outside Canada and the United States

Moonie & Nova Co. ships to select international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and size of the order.

International Tracked Shipping

Estimated delivery: 8–24 business days

Orders over $80 CAD qualify for free tracked international shipping where available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their destination country unless the order is specifically shipped using a prepaid-duty service.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Moonie & Nova Co. does not control customs timelines or fees.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, remote destinations or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing time and shipping transit time are separate. The delivery estimate begins after your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Tracked orders will receive a tracking number by email after shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Untracked lettermail does not include a tracking number or delivery confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please email us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, unpaid customs fees or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If a tracked order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine whether a carrier investigation is available.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but it cannot be located, please first check:

• Around the delivery location

• With other household members

• With neighbours or building management

• With the local postal carrier

Because untracked lettermail does not provide tracking or delivery confirmation, we cannot determine its location after it has been mailed.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

• The damaged item

• The exterior packaging

• The shipping label

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you toward an appropriate solution.

For tracked packages that may be lost in transit, any replacement or refund may depend on the outcome and eligibility of the carrier’s investigation or claim process.

Returns and Exchanges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not generally accepted. However, please contact us if your order arrives incorrect or damaged so we can help resolve the issue.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Personalized Digital Artwork

Personalized digital artwork will be delivered by email or downloadable link within 2–5 business days after all required customization details have been received.

Digital products are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is correct.

Please check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email has not appeared.
