Shipping Policy — Moonie & Nova Co.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

During new collection launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Canada

  • Untracked Lettermail (Buyer Risk): Cheapest option for small items (stickers, cards, bookmarks). Letter mail/air mail is at the buyer’s risk; there is no insurance. Delivery in 3–10 business days.
  • Tracked Package: Delivery in 2–8 business days depending on the province.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 CAD ship free (tracked).

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Remote areas may experience longer transit times.

Shipping to the United States (USD)

  • All shipments are DDP via ChitChats, meaning Moonie & Nova Co covers duties and taxes.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the service used:
    • Untracked Letter Mail: 8-12 business days
    • Economy / First Class: 4–12 business days
    • Tracked / Expedited: 3–7 business days
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $70 USD ship free (tracked).

Note: Due to recent U.S. tariff regulations, some stationery items may still be subject to import-related charges. These are covered by Moonie & Nova Co for DDP shipments.

International Orders (Outside Canada & USA)

  • As of November 2025, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the service used:
    • International Tracked: 8-24 business days
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $80 CAD ship free (tracked).
  • Customers are responsible for any customs-related charges or delays. Moonie & Nova Co is not responsible for fees imposed by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Moonie & Nova Co is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact your local postal service first.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No returns are accepted, but I will always work with you to find a solution for any damaged items!
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for support.

Order Tracking

  • Tracked parcels will include a tracking number sent via email once shipped.
  • Untracked letter mail does not include tracking.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically - no physical items will be shipped.

  • Delivery Timeline: Personalized digital art will be sent via email (or downloadable link) within 2–5 business days after all customization details are received.
  • Delivery Method: Sent to the email address provided at checkout; ensure it is correct.
  • Important Notes:
  • Check spam/junk folders if your artwork hasn’t arrived.
