Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. Because Custom keepsakes are based on your unique details, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the artwork has been delivered.

However, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your artwork, we're happy to make minor revisions at no extra charge within 7 days of delivery. Just reach out to us with your feedback, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Refund Policy – Physical Products

Please note that all sales are final. I'd love to work with you and find a solution, please contact us at info@moonieandnovaco.ca if you are unsatisfied with your order. 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No returns are accepted, but I will always work with you to find a solution for any damaged items!
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for support.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Moonie & Nova Co is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact your local postal service first.
